SPSC Recruitment 2026: Accounts Clerk and Junior Storekeeper Notification Released for 50 Vacancies

SPSC Accounts Clerk/ Junior Storekeeper Recruitment 2026 notification has been released for 50 posts under the Finance Department, Government of Sikkim.

The Sikkim Public Service Commission released Advertisement No. 2/SPSC/EXAM/2026, and the online application process started on 15th June 2026 at www.spsc.sikkim.gov.in. The posts are temporary-regular and placed in Level-7 of the Pay Matrix under the Sikkim Subordinate Accounts Service.

SPSC Recruitment 2026

The recruitment is for eligible local candidates. Selection will be based on a Written Examination followed by Document Verification for shortlisted candidates.

Applicants must have Class XII passed or equivalent from a recognized board with Mathematics as one of the subjects in Class X. A certificate or diploma of at least 03 months in basic computer application, or a higher qualification in computer science or IT, is also required.

• The application fee is Rs. 200 for all candidates.
• Fee payment is accepted online through Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card (Visa/MasterCard).
• The fee is non-refundable.
• Applications received through any other mode are not accepted.
• Candidates must be able to read, write and speak one of the state languages of Sikkim.
• Candidates must be conversant with local customs and traditions of Sikkim.

The reservation categories listed include Bhutia-Lepcha, OBC, Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, Primitive Tribe, Most Backward Classes, and Weaker Section of the Society. Reservation for PWDs, Sports Persons, Ex-Servicemen, and PFAR also applies.
