Eligibility and selection process

• Engineering posts require full-time B.E./B.Tech in a relevant discipline.
• MBA-equivalent posts require MBA, PG Diploma, or PG Degree in a relevant specialization.
• Minimum marks are 60% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates and 65% for others.
• Final-year students can apply and must submit mark sheets and join within 8 months, by 08 Feb 2027.
• Integrated dual degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) candidates are also eligible.
• Selection includes CBT, document verification, group discussion or group task if any, personal interview, and medical examination.
• The CBT carries negative marking of 1/4th mark for each wrong answer.

Application fee and pay scale

• Application fee is ₹500 for GEN/OBC/EWS candidates.
• No fee applies for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-SM/Transgender candidates.
• Pay scale is ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000 in E1 grade.
• Basic pay during training is ₹40,000 per month.
• Place of posting can be anywhere in India or abroad, including subsidiaries or JVs.
