The released application includes instructions for filling the 11-page form, required documents such as Caste Certificate, EWS, Creamy Layer, and RoR land records, and verification guidelines. The scheme focuses on identifying eligible families for subsidized food grains.

• The family-level data collection form is accessed through the official citizen portal.
• Login uses the registered mobile number and district selection.
• The form collects name, DOB, Aadhaar, bank accounts, EPIC numbers, assets, and existing government scheme benefits.
• The registered mobile number must be Aadhaar-linked and used for OTP login.
• Family members can be added for up to 5 members.
• Only one application is allowed per mobile number.
• No corrections are permitted after final submission.

• The family must be a resident of West Bengal.
• The Head of Family must have an Aadhaar-linked mobile number and bank account for DBT.
• Priority is given to families without a house of 3 or more pucca rooms, landholding beyond limits, or a motorized 4-wheeler.
• Families paying Income Tax or Professional Tax are generally excluded.
• A Digital Ration Card is required, and AAY, PHH, SPHH, and RKSY categories are listed as eligible.

• Final selection is based on verification of family data by the designated official at Block, GP, or Municipality level.
• An enquiry report is prepared before acceptance or rejection.
• A merit list of eligible families is prepared for food subsidy distribution.
• Selected families receive subsidized rice or wheat through the Public Distribution System.
• Cash transfers are made via DBT into the Aadhaar-linked bank account of the Head of Family or adult members.
