WBPSC Miscellaneous Services Application Window Ends June 9 for Graduation Level Posts

WBPSC Miscellaneous Services 13/2024 has a released detailed advertisement for graduation-level posts. The recruitment covers 19 different posts across Pay Levels 9 and 10.

The Public Service Commission, West Bengal released the notification on 25th April, 2026, and started the application process on 30th April, 2026. The online application window is extended until 9 June 2026 on psc.wb.gov.in.

Selection will be based on a Preliminary Exam, a Final Exam as a conventional type written test, and a Personality Test. The notice also says selected candidates will be placed in different departments of the West Bengal government.

Eligibility details

• A degree from a recognized university or its equivalent is required.
• The required qualification must be completed by 20th May, 2026.
• Candidates must be able to read, write and speak Bengali, except those whose mother tongue is Nepali.
• Bengali knowledge will be tested for candidates whose mother tongue is other than Bengali or Nepali at the Personality Test stage.
• Age limit is not below 20 years and not more than 39 years as on 01.01.2024.
• Age relaxation is given for SC/ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and PwBD candidates as listed in the notice.
• Application fee is Rs. 160/- for General and OBC (WB) candidates.
• SC/ST candidates of West Bengal and PwBD candidates are exempted from fee payment.
