Haryana HSSC CET Group D Recruitment 2026 Notification Out: How to Register on OTR Portal

Haryana HSSC CET Group D Recruitment 2026 has been released for Group D posts under Advertisement No. 05/2026. Registration starts on 19 June 2026 and closes on 03 July 2026 at 11:59 PM.

Haryana Staff Selection Commission released the notification on 18 June 2026. The official website is www.hssc.gov.in, and the registration portal is onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in.

The CET is the gateway for Group D recruitment under the Haryana Group-D Employees (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2018, as amended. CET scores carry 100% weightage for shortlisting, and details of specific posts and vacancies will be published separately in later advertisements.

Matriculation-qualified candidates are eligible for the recruitment. For most Group D posts, Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matriculation level is required, except for specific posts such as Sweepers and Chowkidar. The age limit is 18 to 42 years as on the closing date of registration.

• Applications are submitted online through the One Time Registration portal at onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in.
• Previous CET candidates from 2022 or 1/2026 are required to use their old registration numbers.
• New applicants receive a fresh registration number.
• The fee deposit deadline is 06 July 2026.
• A correction window is available from 07 to 09 July 2026.

• The examination date will be announced separately on the official website.
• Admit card download will also be announced separately on the official website.
• The exam pattern is offline OMR with 100 MCQs for 100 marks in 1 hour 45 minutes.
• Qualifying marks are 50% for General candidates and 40% for Reserved candidates.
• No negative marking is mentioned for wrong answers; -1 mark applies for un-attempted questions if not marked properly.
