The recruitment covers Junior Engineer (Civil/Track), Junior Engineer (Electrical), Junior Engineer (Signalling & Telecom), Junior Engineer (Rolling Stock), Train Manager, Station Manager, Depot Controller, Operations Controller and Junior Engineer (AFC Systems). Vacancy Notice Nos. 26/2026 to 32/2026 together carry the 175 posts.

Candidates can apply for only one post from the listed vacancy notices. The CBT for these posts may be conducted on the same day and at the same time.

Eligibility and experience

• The recruitment is open to Regular/Contractual employees working in Operations & Maintenance departments of Indian Railways, Government-owned or operated Railways, Metro Railways, or RRTS.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
• Candidates must submit a Competency Certificate or Experience Certificate from the employer with year-wise details of work performed.
• Experience from Teaching, Faculty, Apprenticeship, Internship, Proprietorship, Partnership, and Freelancing will not be counted.
• The age limit for all categories is 45 years as on 31st May 2026.

• UR, EWS and OBCR candidates: Rs. 400/- plus transaction processing charges.
• SC, ST and Women candidates: NIL, exempted.
• The fee is non-refundable once paid.
