AIIMS CRE 5 Recruitment 2026
CRE-5 is described as a unified recruitment drive covering 57 post groups. Candidates can apply for multiple groups, and each group requires a separate application and a separate fee.
The notification PDF has been published on the AIIMS Exams portal and includes participating institutes, post groups, eligibility criteria, application process, exam pattern, and selection procedure. No corrections will be permitted after the specified dates.

Exam pattern
The CBT carries 4 marks for each question and includes 1 mark deduction for every wrong answer. The paper has 20 GK and aptitude MCQs and 80 domain-specific MCQs, arranged in 5 sections of 20 questions each with 18 minutes per section.
Tie-breaking criteria
Where two or more candidates secure equal marks, the order is higher marks in the domain-specific section, fewer wrong answers, older date of birth, and then alphabetical order of name, father’s name, and mother’s name.
