The selection process includes a written test followed by a skill test, trade test, or driving test depending on the post. The pay structure ranges from Level-1 to Level-4 under the 7th CPC, with the pay scale shown as ₹18,000–₹81,100 across the posts.

• Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade) requires 12th Class or equivalent, a valid heavy vehicle driving license, and two years’ experience in driving heavy vehicles.
• Cook requires 12th Class or equivalent with two years’ experience in the trade, or an ITI pass certificate as Cook.
• Multi-Tasking Staff requires Matriculation (10th Class) pass or equivalent.
• Steno Grade-II requires 12th Class or equivalent, with dictation at 80 words per minute for 10 minutes and transcription of 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on computer.
• Age limit is 18–25 years for MTS and 18–27 years for Driver, Cook, and Steno posts, with relaxation as per rules.
