IIT Dharwad Non-Teaching Recruitment 2026

For Assistant Registrar, the essential qualification is a master’s degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA, along with 6 years of experience in Pay Level 6 and above or 3 years in Pay Level 7 and above. The upper age limit is 42 years.
For Junior Superintendent, the requirement is a bachelor’s degree with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA, along with 5 years of clerical or supervisory-level experience. The upper age limit is 34 years.
For Junior Assistant, the requirement is a bachelor’s degree with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA, and no experience is required. The upper age limit is 27 years.
For Junior Technical Superintendent, the qualification path includes Diploma with 60% marks and 6 years’ experience, or Bachelor’s degree other than B.Tech with 60% marks and 5 years’ experience, or B.Tech/B.E. with 60% marks and 3 years’ experience. The upper age limit is 34 years.
For Pay Level 6 posts, Written Test I is compulsory for all applicants. Written Test II may be conducted at the discretion of the Selection Committee, and when it is held, final selection will use the aggregate marks from both tests with weightage of 20%-40% for Test I and 80%-60% for Test II. If Test II is not conducted, selection will be based on marks scored in Written Test I.
